4. Packaging Integrity Upon Delivery
We take great care in packaging every order to ensure your products arrive in the same pristine condition they left our facility. If your order arrives with visible damage to the outer shipping box, we recommend documenting it with photos before opening further and contacting us within 72 hours of delivery.
If a product arrives and you have a genuine concern about the integrity of the manufacturer's seal — not the shipping packaging — please contact us immediately at support@novahobby.shop with photos and your order number. We will investigate every such claim seriously and promptly.
5. What This Guarantee Does Not Cover
Our Authenticity Guarantee covers the legitimacy and sealed condition of the products we sell. It does not cover:
- The specific contents of any sealed product, including cards, autographs, hits, or inserts. These are determined solely by the manufacturer and involve an inherent element of chance.
- Subjective dissatisfaction with the contents of an opened product.
- Products that have been opened by the customer. Once a sealed product is opened, it is no longer eligible for return or refund under any policy.
- Damage caused by the customer after delivery.
