Sealed products are sold as-is. Once opened, all sales are final. We cannot guarantee specific cards, pulls, or contents within any sealed product, as these are determined by the manufacturer.

3. Pricing and Payment

Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after shipment.
We ship from the United States. Free shipping is available on all orders within the USA with no minimum order requirement.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Nova Hobby is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss and title for all products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Pre-order items are charged at the time of purchase.
Pre-orders are fulfilled based on manufacturer release schedules, which are subject to change. Estimated release dates are not guaranteed.

In the rare event that a pre-ordered product becomes unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on unopened, factory-sealed items only. Opened products cannot be returned under any circumstances.
